Basic Service Details

Under the Premium Service, the client will be provided with 15 verified profiles. All profiles will be verified by the company, but the success of the marriage is not the company's responsibility. This service assists the client in finding a matrimonial alliance.

Fees and Payment

• Service Fee: ₹25,000 (Twenty-Five Thousand Rupees)
• Payment: Fully advance payable
• Refund Policy: This amount is non-refundable, whether marriage occurs or not
• Exception: Full refund will be given only if the company fails to provide 15 profiles

VIP RISHTA – Super Premium (₹55,000)

Service Period: 90 Days

We promise you high-quality matches and a seamless experience. Our commitment is simple, transparent, and client-focused.

1. Your Investment & Service Period

One-time fee: ₹55,000

Active service: 90 days from the date of payment

2. Our Guarantee

If you do not finalize a suitable match within 90 days and we have presented 70+ high-quality profiles, you are entitled to a 70% refund (₹38,500).

If we present less than 70 quality profiles, the same 70% refund (₹38,500) is automatically applicable.

30% (₹16,500) remains with us as processing and administrative charges.

3. Client Expectations

Active participation with at least 15 meaningful interactions (responses, feedback, calls, or meetings) during the 90 days.

Honest and accurate information; any misrepresentation or fraud will invalidate the service and refund.

If you marry via another channel after the service period and claim a refund, valid proof of marriage (certificate, photos, etc.) is required.

4. Refund Process

Submit a written refund request via email within 7 days of the service period ending.

Attach: payment proof, communication logs, and service period completion proof.

Verification: within 7 business days.

Approved refund of ₹38,500 will be transferred to your bank account in 10–15 business days, with no additional gateway charges.

5. Important Notes

No advance or unsolicited refund requests after 7 days from payment.

If you remain uncooperative for any continuous 2-month period, the service will be marked inactive and our obligation will cease.

All disputes are governed by the courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

Premium Service Details

- Service: Premium (Rs.35,000), Validity: 60 days.  

- 100% Refund: If the company does not refer 35 high-quality profiles within 60 days.  

- Customer Requirement: At least 15 responses from the customer; no fraud or false information.

- Refund Request: Submit a written request via email ([email protected]) within 7 days after validity ends; attach payment receipt and profile log.  

- Verification & Payment: Verification in 7 working days; refund via bank transfer in 10–15 working days.  

- Exception: Service may be deactivated after 2 months of customer inactivity; refund depends on company decision.  

- Dispute: Jurisdiction of Jabalpur Court.
